Ingredients

Directions

1. Prepare the Tomatoes

Slice the green tomatoes into ΒΌ-inch thick rounds.
Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper.
Let them sit for 5 minutes to release excess moisture.
Pat gently with paper towels.


2. Set Up Your Breading Station

Prepare three shallow bowls:

  1. Bowl 1: Flour
  2. Bowl 2: Whisked eggs + buttermilk
