- 4 large sweet potatoes (yams), peeled and sliced into ½-inch rounds
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
- Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
